EAG Membership provides the following benefits

Reduced registration fees at the annual Goldschmidt Conference, the primary meeting worldwide for the presentation and exchange of scientific ideas in geochemistry.
Subscription to Geochemical Perspectives (print and online), an EAG publication. Each issue presents a single article with an in-depth view on the past, present and future of a field of geochemistry, seen through the eyes of highly respected scientists.
Subscription to Elements (print and online), an international Magazine of Mineralogy, Geochemistry and Petrology, published bi-monthly.
Subscription to Elements in print starts at the time of joining but EAG members have access all back issues online.
Reduced subscription rates to Chemical Geology, journal publishing research papers on the isotopic and elemental geochemistry and geochronology of the Earth.
Reduced subscription rates to Geofluids, journal publishing research in the role of fluids in mineralogical, chemical, and structural evolution of the Earth’s crust.

Sponsorship of short courses and conferences. EAG members can request sponsorship for short courses and conferences they organize: the EAG provides up to 200 Euros per student. On odd years, the EAG encourages the organization of short courses just before or just after the Goldschmidt conference.

Student Sponsorship Program providing up to 500 Euros to students wishing to attend short courses, conferences, summer schools located in Europe.

Early Career Science Ambassador Program providing travel grants for Early Career Scientists based in Europe to attend conferences outside of Europe.

Member rates for print publications of the Mineralogical Society of Great Britain and Ireland as well as member rates to publish open access articles in Mineralogical Magazine and Clay Minerals.

Member rates for print publications of the Italian Geological Society, the Italian Society of Mineralogy and Petrology and the French Quaternary Association.

Member rates for events organised by the Mineralogical Society of Great Britain and Ireland, the International Society for Environmental Biogeochemistry, the International Association for GeoChemistry, the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits and the European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers.

Professional 5 years 100 Euros

EAG membership is calendar year (i.e. from January to December). Registrations received after 15 October will be applied to the following year.

*Students: please submit a proof of your student status.
During the registration process, you will be able to upload a copy of your student card or provide the link of your institution webpage listing you as a student. Once your membership status is verified by the EAG Office, you will be able to proceed with payment and finalize your registration.

Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or bank transfer.
